Proposal: Conversion of ground and first floor of existing nursery to two apartments at: $\quad 13$ Hailwood Court Hailwood Avenue Douglas which was considered on 23 April 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- Prior to the occupation of the proposed flats as such, the outside play area used by the nursery must be secured against unauthorised access from Number 13.
NOTE: The Registrations and Inspections Officer at the Department of Health and Social Security should be consulted hereon (tel: 685159).
- This approval relates to drawing number RW12/11/1B which is date-stamped 20th February 2004.
NOTE Having regard to the established use of this existing building, the Planning Committee, judges that it would be unreasonable to withhold approval on grounds relating to water supply.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
