Time limit for reserved matters
This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.
Domestic garage use only
This approval relates to the erection of a domestic garage with storage above to be used in association with the existing dwelling. There must be no living accommodation in the roof space.
Boundary setbacks
The garage must be sited at least 1.5 metres from the north western and south western boundaries.
Roof materials
The building must have a pitched roof, finished in either slate or good quality imitation slate.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
