Please find below the Commissioners' decisions in relation to the planning applications considered at their meeting on 27th January 2004.
- PA03/2006 - Mr and Mrs Farrar - Application for Extensions and Alterations to Dwelling Creation of Living Accommodation over Garage - 165 Fairways Approach, Mount Murray.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA03/1993 - BPC - Proposed Railings, 19 Close-Y-Lhergy, Union Mills, Braddan
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA03/2018 - Robinsons Fruiterers - Extend Recently approved Storage Building by two 6m Bays and raise ridge of whole building 1m - Ballapaddag, Cooil Road.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA03/1982 - MEA Headquarters - Application for Erection of a Flagpole - Ballacottier, Cooil Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA03/1937 - Mr and Mrs Pendleton - Proposed Conservatory - 21 Ballanawin, Strang, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application, subject to the inclusion of a condition requiring the glazed elevation to the boundary to be in obscured glass.
- PA03/1951 - Mr K Killian, 1 Crosby Terrace, Douglas - Erection of Dwelling/Garaged and Outbuildings to Replace Existing Cottage/Outbuilding - Garey Ashen, Colooney's Lane, Cooil Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
- PA03/1927 - Isle of Man Creameries - Installation of two Whey Storage Silos and Ancillary Equipment
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.

accommodation with meeting room, toilet and kitchen facilities - Ballacutchell Farm, Mount Murray, Braddan. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/1907 - Gunn JCB Limited - Fascia Sign - Unit 34 Spring Valley Trading Estate.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application, subject to the inclusion of a condition that prevents the sign from being illuminated.
PA03/1332 - Alterations and Extensions, Forest Lodge, Strang Road, Braddan. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA03/1655 - Alterations and Extensions - 2 Cronk Rhenny Villa, Quines Hill, Port Soderick, Braddan. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
PA03/01796/B - Mr C G Hall- Alteration and conversion of part of existing garage to a dwelling - Hampton Manor Quines Hill, Port Soderick - Application withdrawn.
