In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mrs P Warren
Proposal: Conversion of attic space to living accommodation including the at: installation of roof lights and and creation of gable end window 60 Laurel Avenue Onchan IM3 3JQ which was considered on 5 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
