Proposal: Erection of a storage shed at: Dhoon School Glen Mona Ramsey IM7 1HA which was considered on 9 March 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a shed as shown in drawing reference Dhoon/01/A received on 13th February, 2004 and the diagramatic and photographic information received on 22nd December, 2003.
- The shed must be finished in a dark green colour or the green shown in the submitted photographs.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
