In accordance of their powers under the above laws and under the EXISTING CERTIFICATE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment Plan hereby APPROVED the application made by you

(Handwritten note: "Approved and authorized as a meeting held on the 27th November, 1982, subject to the regulations with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.")

Note 2: NO WORKS MAY BE COMMENCED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS - a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to any decision at review has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.
