In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr K \& Mrs J Walmsley
Proposal: Removal of rear window and side doors, erection of conservatory at: to rear elevation and widening of driveway and access 126 Ballabrooie Drive Douglas IM1 4HJ which was considered on 5 February 2004, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number G.2003/28-1 which is date stamped 19th December 2003.
NOTE If the vehicle footway crossing is to be altered, the works must (a) be constructed in accordance with Manx Roads 2; and must (b) not be commenced until approval has been obtained from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport (tel: 686665).
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
