- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The windows at first-floor level must have proper arched-heads to match the shape of the existing apertures.
- Subject to (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted drawing number DWE 0897 which is date stamped 21 st November 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
