In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs Hill
Proposal: Installation of two uPVC sliding sash replacement gable windows at: to first floor Thie Garey Andreas Road Andreas Ramsey IM7 4EW which was considered on 19 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement uPVC sliding sash at first floor level on the gable ends, as defined as F and G, and as shown on the location plan, photograph and window details date stamped 8th October 2003.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
