In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr G Tyrer
Proposal: Alterations to windows, doors and roof on existing rear kitchen extension at: Homecroft 25 Devonshire Road Douglas IM2 3QZ which was considered on 14 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- This approval relates to the alterations and remedial work illustrated in drawing reference 4937-01 received on 9th October 2003.
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
