In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Mr \& Mrs S Everest
Proposal: Amendments to approved extension to dwelling (02/01988B) at: Ballig Farm West Baldwin Douglas IM4 5EU which was considered on 17 November 2003, subject to compliance with the conditions specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions as shown in drawings reference $02 / \mathrm{BF}-07,02 / \mathrm{BF}-09,02 / \mathrm{BF}-10,02 / \mathrm{BF}-11,02 / \mathrm{B}-12$ all received on 15 th October 2003.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- Prior to the commencement of any works on site the existing tree immediately in front of the proposed conservatory must be adversely protected by stout wooden fencing, against damage during and after the course of construction.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
