Dear Sir PA03/01537/B – Widening of vehicle hardstanding and access to front of Fannag Brae, Droghadfayle Park, Port Erin
I refer to our letter dated 12 November 2003 deferring the above planning application.
The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
I can now confirm that the response of the Highways Division of the Department of Transport is: No adverse traffic impacts. NB 1 The vehicle footway crossing shall be constructed in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
NB 2 The applicant must obtain approval from the Operations Section of the Department of Transport before carrying out any work within the highway. Telephone 686665.
