In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Isle Of Man Yacht Club
Proposal: Enclosure of open porch with uPVC doors and side lights, Isle of Man Yacht at: Clubhouse Lime Street Port St. Mary IM9 5ED which was considered on 9 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
