Proposal: Amendments to previously approved residential development to incorporate alteration to route of surface water stream/drain, minor repositioning of plots to allow re-routing of stream/drain and amendments to house types for plots 9-47 at: Land Off Truggan Road Port St. Mary which was considered on 28 November 2003, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

- It is considered that the open and unprotected nature of the surface water drain would represent a significant risk to both residents/occupiers and members of the public.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
