PA03/1332 - Mannex Estate - Extension to existing dwelling & creation of granny flat to above outbuilding - Forrest Lodge, Strang Road, Union Mills, Braddan
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.
PA03/1325 - Zenith Industrial Products Ltd - Detailed approval for fencing & gates - Unit 38, Spring Valley Industrial Estate, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be refused on the grounds that the original impact of the fencing to the front of the site would be unacceptable, in addition the loss of car parking spaces could cause problems in the future.
The Commissioners would however have no objection to an application for a security gate to be fitted across the front section of the yard. PA03/1329 - Mr & Mrs C Turner - Replacement of windows & doors - Eary Ween, East Baldwin, Braddan. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application be approved.
