- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $2647 / 1 ; 2 ; 3 ; 4$ and 5 submitted and date stamped 24th September 2003 as part of this application.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
