Application No: 03 1047 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited: YES/NO The proposed is the replacement of the existing windows to the Glen Hill, Glen Road, Laxagay with fire. The photos appended to the application show windows with clear framing and alarm bars, quite different to the proposed windows. Look at the five replacements. The windows are sufficiently painted white although from the old picture appended to the application, it is quite clear where to be painted a darker colour. The front of this comment is that the installation of a fire window will "fix" the colour of that window for the lifespan of the unit, taking away and opportunity to paint it in the more traditional and obtaining more industrial colours. The associated associated signs will be seen as a bulldog of that nature.
