Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 03/01037/C
- The building would provide a poor environment for future occupiers by reason of its size, limited outdoor amenity space and absence of off street parking, thus making the property unsuitable for residential accommodation.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
