Application No: 03 1131 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited: YES/NO This application follows on from PA 03/05/24 which proposed a similar extension but was refused as it considered the integral package to living accommodation. The property is a semi-detached house situated in Kragsaw and Rock in the newest part of the development of the Southwark. Proposed new is a side extension which retains the existing carrage and birds alongside it out behind. The site is larger than most of its neighbours and the extension is easily accommodated within it. I have e-mailed post to explain the differences between these and the earlier application, to which I worked no objection.
