Proposal: Creation of opening and installation of double wooden gates on rear boundary wall at: $\quad 48$ Malew Street Castletown IM9 1AF which was considered on 3 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 27th August 2003.
- Prior to their installation, details of the wooden gates must be submitted for consideration and approval by the Planning Authority.
NOTE The granting of approval does not grant or imply approval for access over land not within the ownership or control of the applicant.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
