Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers AT542.1 Rev 1, AT542.2 Rev 1, AT542.7, AT542.8 and AT542.9 date stamped the 27th August 2003.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
- All new windows within the front elevation of the new extensions must be wooden sliding sash in form and style.
NOTE The applicant is advised that no approval for the removal of the three existing trees, as shown on drawing number AT542.9, should be conferred by this approval. The Planning Committee expect the applicant to ensure the appropriate protection of these trees during and after any construction.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
