The Water Authority wish to express their interest in the following Planning Applications, and request that a condition of Planning Approval be that the applicant must contact the Authority to ensure that a connection is obtained for water supply purposes.
03/00665/GB Conversion of first floor to bar/restaurant and second floor to apartment, 5 Castle Street, Peel This application will require an amendment to the existing water supply to the premises.
03/00691/GB Part demolition of and refurbishment of existing toilet block including construction of a disabled toilet, King Williams College, King Williams College Grounds, Castletown This work will require the provision of an amended water supply to the property.
03/00667/A Approval in principle for the erection of two dwellings, Plot 2, Land Adjacent To Highton Riding Stables, Ballanard Road, Douglas This work will require a new connection for water supply to the two properties.
