Reasons For Refusal

I, the site is designated as Open Space/Agricultural on both the Bactrian Plan adopted by Tymold in 1990 and the emerging Bactrian Plan, which was the subject of a public inquiry in June 2005. In both plans, the area is also designated as here of High Leachage, Value and Science Significance. As such, the proposed use is inconsistent with this designation and has had/will have any impact on the character and appearance of the area, or impact which is out of keeping with the otherwise used and undisturbed appearance of the area between Bactrian Head and High Leachage.

Note: as this application has been refused, all further use of the site for non-device sampling must be made. In addition, the track on which is coming has been made must be carried out. The names and names of non-device and non-ferring, scaffolding, and outlets which have been deposited, must be removed. This must all be completed with:
