The proposed seeks to extend the existing study, erect a son lounge and convert an attwilling into "granny accommodation". The site is located close to the coast and not readily visible within its surroundings. The study extension is relatively minor and unobjectionable. Whilst the son lounge is large it is screened by the existing building and will not be visible. The conversion of the attwilling is considered acceptable subject to a condition regarding its use only as ancillary accommodation. Signed A.
