- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations and extensions as shown on drawing numbers $2605 / 1$ ad $2605 / 2$ date stamped the 14th July, 2003.
- The accommodation created by this approval must only be used as accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as a seperate dwelling.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
