Slate materials
Wherever possible the existing slates should be re-used, where slates are required to be replaced or additional slates needed natural slates to match the existing must be used.
Structural report required
A structural report demonstrating that the dwelling is capable of heightening must be submitted with the reserved matters application. No permission will be granted for any demolition and rebuild.
