In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Miss Davenport
Proposal: Erection of a three storey dwelling with integral garage to replace existing at: $\quad$ Boathouse/garage, Shore House Shore Road Port Erin which was considered on 16 October 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing number: 55.1 .03 and 56.2 .03 , submitted and date stamped 24th July 2003.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
NOTE: A Drainage Connection Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Water Authority with regard to the Water Supply Byelaws.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
