In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Ramsey Rugby Union Football Club

Amendments to approved sports pavilion (02/01724B) Land Adjacent To Ramsey RUFC Pitch Mooragh Promenade Ramsey which was considered on 14 July 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing numbers $02 / 1900 / 01 \mathrm{C}, 02 / 1900 / 03 \mathrm{C}$, $02 / 1900 / 05 \mathrm{C}$ and $02 / 1900 / 04 \mathrm{C}$ date stamped the 2nd June 2003.
- The building must only be used as a sports pavilion in association with the adjacent sports field.
- No approval is granted to the erection of any fencing on the site.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
