- The site is not zoned for further residential development in the current adopted plan for the area and in addition, it is considered that the development of the proposed plots would detract from the character and appearance of the existing dwelling.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
