The site is not defined, but could be taken to compose the curblage of Victory House. 2. The application proposes new cladding to the central part of the rear elevation (facing Marks and Spencer). 3. The building is not of architectural attraction. The cladding would not be effective and could arguably add interest and brightness. The colour proposed is "Hamlet 50" but that illustrated appears to be yellow ochre. 4. I understand that the cladding is intended to solve a dawn problem.
