Ramsey BMX Club 84 Greenlands Avenue Ramsey In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you

Proposal: Erection of portacabin to replace existing shed at: BMX Track Mooragh Promenade Ramsey which was considered on 11 July 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

Note 3: Rights of the review of the decision are attached.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the location plan and site plan date stamped the 6th May 2003.
3. The portacabin hereby approved shall be painted dark brown.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
