In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of: Castletown Golf Links Ltd

Proposal: Conversion of former ancillary offices to club house and changing facilities at: $\quad$ Fairway Suite, Golf Links Hotel Fort Island Castletown

Which was considered on 17 July 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to drawing numbers $253 / 01 ; 03$ and 04 , submitted and date stamped 21st May 2003 as part of this application.

NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.

NOTE The applicant/developer is recommended to consider the provision of access which is suitable for wheelchair users.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
