   Time limit

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Window specifications

   The proposed replacement windows must (a) have painted timber (hardwood or softwood) frames; (b) open in exactly the same manner as the originals; (c) have the same frame sections as the originals; and (d) retain wherever possible the original ironmongery; where this is not possible, replacement fixtures must match the originals.

   Sample submission

   Prior to the commencement of any installation, a sample of the frame sections must be submitted to and approved by the Committee.
