Application No: 30198 ### Planning Report and Recommendations #### General Report Site Visited: YES/NO The site lies close to the junction of Glen Road and Minerva Hill and accommodates the complex known as the Deepdale Complex which accommodates a launderette restaurant and hot. Some months ago, an application of five was installed on the side of the restaurant following the advice of the gas installer. This was the subject of enforcement action and was raised under P.A. 02/1678. During the processing of that application, the subject of enclosing the five come up and the applicant submitted sketches which were generally accepted to the PC. As we now proceed, the enclosure of the five will be plywood chimney breast which would be painted towards the building.
