Penketh - Millar 23 West Quay Ramsey Isle of Man IM8 1DL In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Christopher Blockley \& Miss Felicity Wood Proposal: Approval in principle for the erection of a cattery building with associated parking at: $\quad$ Field 131638 Kerrowmoar Farm Kerrowmoar Sulby Isle of Man IM7 2AX which was considered on 19th March 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- Approval of the details of siting, design, external appearance of the building[s], internal layout, means of access, landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Planning Authority in writing before any development is commenced.
- The application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to the Planning Authority before the expiration of two years from the date of this permission.
- The development to which this permission relates shall begin within 4 years of the date of this permission or within two years of the final approval of the reserved matters, whichever is the later.
- This approval relates to the approval in principle for the erection of a cattery building with associated parking as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 090577 01, 09 057702 and 09057703 all received on 11th September 2009 and 11th December 2009.
- Any future Reserved Matters application should include existing and proposed elevations of the northern boundary.
- Any future Reserved Matters application should include a detailed landscaping scheme.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
