In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Wardsley Limited, for the Information in relation to condition 3 of 20/00433/B - Demolition of existing buildings within yard and creation of residential development of 10 dwellings with associated roads, landscaping and parking at Caines Yard, Shipyard Road, Ramsey, IM8 3DR.
