- The curtilage of the dwelling must be in accordance with that shown by drawing 2K01-03; no approval is granted to the use of the remainder of the field for residential purposes.
NOTE Works should be commenced prior to the expiry of the current approval in principle PA 99/2156 (27th April 2002).
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
NOTE This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
