Which was considered on 10 April 2000, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Secretary Planning Committee Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as - a) the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or b) any review of the initial decision has been completed; or c) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or d) any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of fou years from the date of this notice.
- The lift and toilet intended for disabled people must be suitable for use by unassisted wheelchair users, in accordance with BS 5810.
- PRIOR to the commencement of the proposed works the applicant/developer must consult further with the Fire Safety Department to discuss additional fire safety measures; the recommendations arising herefrom must be implemented prior to public use of the mezzanine floor.
NOTE This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
