General Policy 3

The officer applied exception (c), finding the disused airfield a brownfield site with existing industrial buildings; the workshop fits without isolated prominence or countryside harm, improving the site's functionality.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

This approval relates to the erection of a workshop/garage building as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings AA1 and AA2 and P4261-01 all received on 25th November 2009.
Materials
The elevational cladding is required to be finished with an olive green colour, whilst the roof is to be finished with a dark grey colour.
Use restriction
The workshop/garage hereby permitted may only be used for the maintenance and repair of vehicles associated with the use of the site.
