Assessment

This application is seeking planning permission for the installation of replacement windows. The proposal is the same as previous approved under planning permission 05/01373/B, which was granted permission on 20th September 2005. This permission has now expired. There has been no change in policy relating to replacement windows since the last permission. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
