Schedule Of Conditions:
- This permission relates to the replacement of three streetlights outside numbers $2,8 / 10$ and 16/18, Arbory Street as shown and described in the information and photographs received on 9th October, 2009.
FOR CLARIFICATION, NO PERMISSION IS HEREBY GRANTED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING WALL-MOUNTED STREET LIGHT OUTSIDE NUMBERS 28/30, ARBORY STREET.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
