In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th April 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of an extension to dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 10-J0101 – MAC 02, 10-J0101 – MAC 03 Rev 2, 10-J0101 – MAC 04, 10-J0101 – MAC 05 and 10-J101 1 all received on 3rd March 2011.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the southeast elevation of the first floor en suite bathroom window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
