Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the change of use of the ground floor office to residential use so as to form a single dwelling, 9 Christian Street, Peel as shown by Location, Floor Plan Existing and Floor Plan Proposed all received 30th September 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
