Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the use of the premises as a restaurant/cafe and takeaway; the premises may be operated only within the period of 0800-2300 each day, except during TT fortnight and Grand Prix fortnight when the operation may continue until midnight. The premises may only be operated outside the approved opening times on special occasions AND with prior written approval of the Planning Authority.
- This permission relates to drawing numbers 1473-03 date stamped 6th August 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
