In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent of approval under any other order or requirement.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as: a) the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or b) any appeal has been completed.
Note 3: Rights of the appeal against the decision of the planning committee are attached.
Note 4: An appeal must be requested within a period of 21 days.

- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the use of the premises for the preparation and sale of hot and cold food for consumption on or off the premises; the premises may be operated only within the period of 0800 - 1900 each day, except during TT fortnight, Grand Prix fortnight, and other public event days during July and August, when the operation may continue until midnight.
NOTE: It is recommended that there should be continued liaison with (a) the Food Hygiene Inspectorate; and (b) the Fire Safety Department; the recommendations arising from this liaison should be implemented prior to commencement of the extended use.
