Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the use of the premises for the preparation and sale of hot and cold for consumption on or off the premises; the premises may be operated only within the period of 0800-2300 each day, except during TT fortnight and Grand Prix fortnight, when the operation may continue until midnight. The premises may only be operated outside the approved opening times on special occasions and with prior written approval of the Planning Authority.
- This permission relates to drawing numbers 1473-01 and 1473-02 date stamped 6th August 2009.
