Name: Mrs Ruth Veale Proposal: Erection of a single storey extension to rear elevation at: The Stores Patrick Corner Patrick Village Isle of Man IM5 3AL which was considered on 5th October 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a single storey extension to the rear elevation of The Stores, Patrick Corner, Patrick Village, Patrick as shown by 4061-1 and 4061-3 received 10th August 2009.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing flat roof extensions to the rear elevation of the building in all respects.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
