Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and erection of an enclosed lobby to the existing store entrance as shown in drawing numbers 2396pg\#\#.dgn, 2396el\#\#.dgn, 2396gag\#\#.dgn, Plan A and photographs date stamped 4th August 2009, 2396gag1c.dgn, 2396el1d.dgn and 2396pg1c.dgn date stamped 13th August 2009.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
