Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of an outside seating area as shown in drawing number Site Map-1, Site Map- 2, Dimensions-1, Dimensions-2, Site Plan-1, Photographs and operational letter-1 date stamped 8th July 2009.
- The seating area as shown in approved plans shall not be used outside the hours of 8 am to 10 pm on any day, and shall be removed from the public highway after 10 pm .
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
