- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a window and rooflights as shown and described in drawings 4099-11B, 4099-25B, 4099-9E, 4099-10C and the site and location plans all received on 24th July, 2009.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
